Brantôme - the Venice of the Perigord
So named because the river Dronne surrounds the small town and small bridges reach the mainland. There is a selection of small shops, bars and at the last count 22 eating places. Do nothing and relax in the sun with a glass of wine or if you want there are some interesting places to see and plenty of activities for you to do.

Perigueux
The villa is only 20kms from PERIGUEUX the capital of the Dordogne with it's cobbled streets and squares, pleasurable for a relaxing stroll amongst the many outside restaurants, bars and cafes. Take in the atmosphere, walk amongst the extensive morning market, or visit one of France's best museums of prehistory.
Bourdeille
The village of Bourdeille is home to a magnificent Château and castle, with intimate restaurants and bars this is a great place to spend a day mooching around soaking up the atmosphere.
